01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or operating the software, automation tools, APIs, and residential proxy networks provided by RuBotOVH.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
02. Permitted License Usage & Hardware Binding
Each active license key grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to operate the designated software module for the duration specified during checkout:
- Licenses are cryptographically bound to a single Hardware ID (HWID) or dedicated server instance.
- Decompilation, reverse engineering, cracking, or unauthorized license key redistribution is strictly prohibited.
- The user assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local broadcasting laws and third-party terms.
03. Infrastructure Availability & Updates
RuBotOVH maintains a 99.9% uptime objective across our core dispatcher clusters. Algorithm bypass engine updates and proxy pool rotations are deployed dynamically without additional charge during active subscription terms.
04. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RuBotOVH, its directors, or its infrastructure partners be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party platform algorithm adjustments, account bans, or network interruptions beyond our direct control.
